This Sprint is where we lay things out clearly and
work through them with structure and care.
What this Sprint is
A 6–8 week Identity Sprint for founders and senior leaders who keep becoming the point where work gets stuck, even when the business is stable.
We work on two layers in parallel:
Operating layer – where requests enter, who decides what, how priorities are set, where work bounces
Identity layer – the stories, expectations, and reflexes that pull responsibility back onto you
The structure follows my ERDI method (Excavate → Reconstruct → Deploy → Integrate), grounded in Lean systems thinking and informed by ULM-D™, so the changes are both practical and personally sustainable.
The aim is to:
–> see exactly where you are acting as a bottleneck.
–> reshape work and decisions’ flow.
–> do it in a way that doesn’t break trust or quality.

How we’ll work together
Before we start:
a short questionnaire (3–5 min) so I understand your workload and where “everything goes through you” shows up.
3x 75’ sessions.
Session 1 – Friction map: we map where work sticks and what only you do.
Session 2 – Operating redesign: we redraw the workflow+decision rules.
Session 3 – Delegation + safeguards: concrete delegation plan+simple rules so you don’t slide back.
Between sessions:
voice support (WhatsApp, Teams, similar)
up to 2 check-ins/week
replies within 24–48 business hours

If price is the main blocker but everything else fits, mention it when you reach out. Occasionally I open reduced-rate pilot spots in exchange for structured feedback.
Guarantee
If, within 30 days after the sprint, you haven’t reclaimed at least 5 hours/month in operational load, I’ll either redo the plan with you or refund you.
What “5 hours” means: time you no longer spend on approvals, rework loops, escalations, and interruption-driven micro-decisions.
This applies in a normal month (not an exceptional crisis), and only if you’ve tested the agreed changes between sessions.
