What I do

Most founders and leaders don’t need more advice.
They need the space to slow down just enough to see what’s actually driving their decisions, their workload, and their team dynamics.

I work with leaders, from founders of growing teams to directors of global operations, to improve how decisions are made, how work moves, and how responsibility is shared, without adding headcount, tools, or unnecessary process.

I look at the business through two lenses:

  • ERDI™ (Excavate, Redesign, Deploy, Integrate): to simplify the “hard” systems, ensuring the work moves with less drag and ownership is clear.
  • ULM-D™ (Unearthed Leadership Mosaic Decolonised™): To align the “soft” culture, helping you lead from your own identity rather than a corporate template.
