ABOUT ME
My path to coaching has been anything but linear. Over 20 years, I’ve taught, explored cultural studies, and led diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Along the way, I learned that leadership is about more than results, t’s about trust, resilience, and staying true to your values.
Carmen Elle Coaching grew from this belief. I help leaders, individuals, and small businesses unlock their potential, embrace change, and focus on what truly matters.
At Booking.com, I coached managers and teams through challenges, sharpening my skills in listening, asking meaningful questions, and guiding others toward their own answers. Training with European and American coaching experts further shaped my approach.
While Lean and Six Sigma taught me the value of simplicity and focus, my coaching isn’t about frameworks, it’s about finding clarity, aligning with purpose, and moving forward with confidence.
I’m currently pursuing ICF accreditation to deepen my commitment to thoughtful, professional coaching.
When I’m not coaching, I find calm and inspiration by the sea.

Resilience shapes my approach and is something I strive to foster in others, helping them grow stronger, learn from challenges, and move forward with purpose.
